    高血壓發生在超過80%的慢性腎臟病(CKD)患者中,其發生心血管疾病的風險高於一般人群。CKD與心血管疾病發病率和死亡率增加有關,這種關聯進一步支持腎-心連接的概念。第4型的心腎症候群(CRS)特徵在於原發性CKD,導致心臟功能受損,左心室肥大(LVH),舒張功能障礙和/或不良心血管事件風險增加。我們研究發現,給予GABA促進劑治療或腎神經剔除可以改善GABA功能,恢復感壓反射,降低血壓,進一步改善心腎症候群。
