    以整合基因體學的研究方式,分析暨有的基因資料庫等Omics資料庫,找出對癌細胞生長有利的代謝途徑,針對此代謝途徑找出治療的方向和方法。

    1. 之前我們的研究顯示,在轉移能力較強的肺癌細胞中,膽固醇新生合成的酵素有過度表現的狀況。其中包括SQS和降膽固醇用藥Statin所針對的HMG-CoA等。經過驗證,SQS脫穎而出,證實SQS的過度表現是一個可以用來預測肺癌病人不良預後的指標。同時,抑制這個酵素的活性更能有效抑制肺癌細胞的轉移。
    2. 在轉移能力較強的肺癌細胞exosome中,我們找到IMPAD1會將PAP轉化成AMP提供細胞新的訊息傳遞路徑以達到癌細胞轉移的目的。進一步透過臨床資料分析,IMPAD1的過度表現與淋巴轉移有關,是一個可以用來預測肺癌病人不良預後的指標。同時,抑制IMPAD1的表現能有效抑制肺癌細胞的轉移。
