A 4-month-old male was diagnosed of left kidney grade V vesicoureteral reflux with the presentation of urinary tract infection. (Fig. 1a) He received continuous antibiotics prophylactics and was under regular surveillance of kidney function at our out patient department for two years, no breakthrough of urinary tract infection occurred to him during follow-up. Two years later, the vesicoureteral reflux resolved under surveillance (Fig. 1b) and the whole course was uneventful.
