視訊諮詢設備需求

     ● 請您準備具有視訊鏡頭之電腦、筆電、智慧型手機、平板等可進行網路通訊之設備，並確保您的連線狀態是穩定的（建議於WIFI環境下連線）。

    Please prepare a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet PC equipped with webcam and internet access. Please make sure you have a stable internet access (Wi-Fi access is recommended).


    ● 如您使用的是智慧型手機或平板，請先下載APP，以便與醫師進行視訊連線

    Please download the required APP when using a smartphone or tablet PC before video chatting with a doctor.

     iPad、iPhone：「Avaya scopia mobile」 


    ● 下載完成後，請輸入IP：scd01p.vghks.gov.tw，本中心會提供給你會議代碼，請您在安排的指定時間內點擊登入，即可與本院醫師進行第二意見視訊諮詢。

    After finishing downloading, please enter the IP: scd01p.vghks.gov.tw. You will get a meeting code from the international medical center. Please log in at the designated time to receive a second opinion consultation with our doctors via video chat.
