    The Quality Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the center) was first established and operated as a task force in 2015 and was formally upgraded to a Level I unit in 2017 (Figure 1), which was formerly known as the "Research and Examination Quality Management Unit" and "Quality Management Unit" as a Level II unit. The Center has two divisions and one section (Medical Safety Management Section, Clinical Information Section and Quality Certification Section), which are mainly responsible for the business of the Hospital's General Committee for Medical Quality and Patient Safety Review (QSC) and the planning and promotion of the Hospital's medical safety business, including abnormal events, cause analysis, action teams, quality control indicators, audit system, quality control education, and standard operational practice (Figure 2).
