    1. Safety of the center's practice environment

    After hazard identification and risk assessment (including severity, frequency of operation, occurrence rate and risk control effectiveness), the highest risk assessment score is 800, which is an acceptable risk, such as overwork and physical fatigue caused by frequent overtime work, psychological pressure caused by completing temporary tasks within the time limit, and psychological pressure caused by regular audits by various departments. Psychological stress caused by regular audits of each department, etc. For the psychological stress faced by employees, our HR office has pre-planned channels and environment to provide caring services for employees, and the interaction and mutual support among colleagues can also minimize the stress.

    Our internal management procedures and occupational safety related procedures, such as management review meeting management procedures, knowledge management system management procedures, risk management and crisis management procedures, hospital crisis incident notification management procedures, proposal system management procedures, and organizational risk and opportunity management procedures, are all in compliance with ISO45001 and TOSHMS regulations.

    2. Work Atmosphere of the Center

    For example, a one-on-one meeting is held every year between supervisors and employees to understand whether they are experiencing difficulties or pressure in their work and their future career planning. During the meeting, if colleagues have any problems that they cannot handle at work, they can report them to their supervisors at any time or discuss them with everyone through the weekly center meeting. In addition, we have formed several LINE groups within the center to facilitate mutual contact and communication, and to implement the employee care system, because we believe that "excellence" always comes from caring, and a healthy working attitude and positive thinking are important to become a happy QC person.
