    為南台灣先天性心臟病治療的重鎮,並於2014年榮獲「SNQ國家品質標章」,能做到優質醫「兒」救「心」團隊醫療,且具有達世界水準的預後,目前共有五位兒童心臟科主治醫師,和一位兒童心臟外科主治醫師,治療項目包含介入性心導管術(非開心手術)和開心手術;介入性心導管術如下:心房中隔缺損閉合術,心室中隔缺損閉合術,開放性動脈導管關閉術,氣球擴張術,螺旋彈簧絲圈栓塞術,支架血管撐開術,心臟電氣生理學及不整脈燒灼術,治療成果豐碩;開心手術則於新生兒時期即可施行,也是執行複雜性先天性心臟病手術首屈ㄧ指的醫學中心。
