Introduction of Performance Management Division
In order to cope with high competitive medical environment, and reform hospital internal performance management, Performance Management Division was established in July 1 st, 2002 and became one of the branches under Department of Medical Management in February 1 st, 2003. It reflects different development of hospital require separate functions.
Performance Management Division has seven members, including a team leader and one officer, and three contract specialists and two contract staffs. The work include performance and Physician Fee management, hospital bed management, outsourcing management, International medical project, cooperative medical education, facility assessment, manpower assessment, cooperate management assessment, project assessment, financial index analysis, hospital administration statistical report…etc.
To create synergy, we facilitate plans by hospital development strategic policy, communicate and cooperate with all professional divisions to elevate hospital overall benefit and competitive advantages.
Finally, we will stick on “Professional ”,”Efficiency”, ”Quality ”,”Services”, follow the goal of the hospital and achieve all missions , maximize the management efficiency of the professional staff .
